The HOA Board met with their attorney Monday and discussed the latest directives, given by Governor Kemp last Friday, with regard to opening pools. Unfortunately, these new directives did not eliminate any of the requirements that HOA’s must have in place to open pools, and the Board, under advisement, has made the decision to keep the pool closed at this time for the safety of the community. The Board has looked into many different types of scenarios to open the pool and will continue to do so. We are trying to do everything we can to get the pool open as soon as possible. The Board will review this decision at the end of the month when the Governor’s next directives are due to be announced. Thank you for your patience.
