Gate Access 2018

Dear River Falls Residents,

In an effort to improve security in the community, we are performing an audit of the gate call box and all homeowner personal access codes.  The current access codes will be changed starting on July 16th, 2018.

The old codes will be deleted on this date, and will no longer work.  Each owner will receive a random code prior to July 16th, and that code will be mailed directly to each owner.   Unfortunately, we will not be able to take requests for access code numbers.

If you have any questions, please email the community association manager, Jennifer Carter at

Thank you,

River Falls HOA, Board of Directors.

River Falls Resident Runs for Roswell Mayor

Did you know in the last general election only 30% of River Falls residents voted?

That’s a shockingly low number. With a polling station just around the corner at East Roswell Library, we hope more of our residents get out and vote next Tuesday.

With the Mayoral election coming up in just a few days and we thought we would share some interesting news that River Falls residents may not be aware of.  One of our very own neighbors is running for Roswell Mayor, Lee Jenkins!

Haven’t met Lee yet?

Lee Jenkins for Roswell Mayor

Here’s a little background on Lee and his campaign for Mayor of Roswell. No matter what your political position make sure you get out and vote on Tuesday!

Lee was born and raised in Atlanta and moved to Roswell back in 2003. He was drafted by the NFL to play for the New York Giants after earning his college degree from Tennessee but only played for one year due to injuries.

He switched gears and went into the financial services industry and eventually retired from that career to found the Eagles Nest Church in Roswell where he serves as a pastor, author and speaker.

Always an active member of the political community, Lee is now running as a runofff candidate for Roswell Mayor with endorsement from former candidate Donald J. Horton.

He lives here in River Falls with his wife of 29 years, Martica. They have three adult children together; Kristin, Martin and Ryan. If you’d like to read up on Lee’s issues and campaign details please visit his website at

Who Else is Running?

Lori Henry for Mayor of Roswell, GA

Lee is running against Lori Henry in Tuesday’s election. You can read more about Lori Henry’s campaign on her website.

No matter who you support please get out and vote on Tuesday, December 5th. River Falls residents are zoned to the East Roswell Library polling station.

Please remember to bring your voter ID card and driving license with you. See you at the polls!
