River Falls Board of Directors
The River Falls Board of Directors are members of the community who volunteer their time to improve the overall setting and operations of the neighborhood and liase with the property management company.
The Board is always looking for volunteers within the community who want to get involved whether on an occasional project or longer term role. If you are interested please contact us.
Joel initiates all studies on capital expenditures to see if they are recommended and he puts them out for bid if it is something we will proceed on. Examples would be any work done on our streets, sidewalks, curbs and the pool and pool area.
Tony is responsible for improving neighborhood communications, working on major projects (i.e. website, road repairs) and serves on the Social Committee.
Allan handles all budgeting, capital expenditure cash flow needs, reserve investing and works with board attorneys as needed.
Barbara is assists the community by handling delinquent accounts, subdivision enhancements (e.g. pool and landscaping) and conflict resolution.
As Chairperson for the Architectural Standards Committee Elaine acts as liaison between the property management company and the homeowners to facilitate exterior modifications.
Randy is a retired engineer. He serves on the Board in the areas of the Pool and Collections
Diana takes and manages the meeting minutes from monthly board meetings, coordinates the social committee and schedules planning meetings.
Heather is a retired Elementary School teacher who has also worked in the corporate world in the U.K. She is currently serving on the Architechtural Standards Committee, Social Committee, and manages the website.
