Architectural Request Form
To Submit a Request for a Project:
Thoroughly read the Architectural Standards Guidelines for River Falls.
Print the Project Request Form and fill it out.
Send in your completed form using one of the following methods:
Submit request and supporting documentation through Vantaca on the Heritage website under Homeowners.
Mail your completed form along with any required supporting documents such as photos, drawings or blueprints to:

Scan your completed form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
